Residential Conveyancing

Moving house can be extremely stressful with many things to think about and organise.

At Dowding Solicitors we aim to provide a stress free service by making the process as easy as possible.  We aim to ensure that you understand what is happening at all stages of the process by communicating regularly with you.

We offer excellent customer service and treat every client and transaction as important and individual.

Transparency

We have a clear, straightforward pricing structure, providing you with a quote before we begin working on a case.

Each transaction is different and it is impossible to provide an accurate estimate of the timescale to complete a sale or purchase.  At present an average transaction is taking around 12 weeks from receipt of or issuing of Contract papers but we will keep you updated at each stage of the progress in your matter.
